DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

Shipping costs are estimated using USPS rates and addresses provided for delivery. When you checkout, you will be able to enter your shipping address to determine the shipping cost for your purchase.

Standard Shipping:

– All 50 states within the US including PO Boxes. 
– Available to APOs/FPOs and US territories.
– Signature required on orders $300 or more.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping:

– Orders must be placed before 12 PM CST to be shipped the same business day.
– Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. 
– Available to all 50 US States.
– Not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders ship from MONTGOMERY, ALAMABA.

Standard Orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Expedited Orders

Orders MUST be placed before 12 PM CST to ship same business day. Orders placed AFTER 12 PM CST will ship NEXT business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Custom Orders

Standard Shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be ready to ship within 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: If your paid order is submitted before 8 AM CST on a business day (Monday-Friday), then we will work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you the within 2-3 business days! If combined with non-custom items, this processing time will delay the rest of the items in your order. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Presently Perfect is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
