Presently Perfect accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, purchased online *within 30 days* of the purchase date. All merchandise has been inspected for imperfections or damage before shipment or delivery. We will exchange for another size, if available, and cannot guarantee other sizes will be available for your item. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit via eGift card will be issued.

Overview

– All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
– Returns are for store credit only and issued via email as an E-gift card.
– Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging when possible.
– FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return (See list below).
– Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Final Sale

The following items are considered “final sale” items and are not eligible for return or exchange:

– Sale category items or those discounted at 30% or more
– eGift cards
Jewelry
– Personalized or customized items
Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer and treated as Final Sale merchandise.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for another size if available. If a size is not available, then we will give you store credit issued as an eGift card so that you can use it for another item.

You will be responsible for any shipping charges to return a purchased item.

We will not “hold” a size of an item for you while waiting for your item to be returned. Exchanges will only be processed and requested replacement sizes will only be pulled from inventory once a returned item is received by Present Perfect.

Returns

Presently Perfect accepts Returns *within 30 days* of the purchase date. 

No refunds will be issued to your card of payment.

Eligible returns are for store credit only and will be issued in the form of an eGift card for Presently Perfect.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping of any item.

All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as “Final Sale” without any issuance of an eGift card.

How To Start a Return

1. Login to your account and get your order number from your order history. 

2. Contact us and let us know you will be returning the item and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

eGift Card & Store Credit

If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. 

If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. 

Your use of the eGift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Damaged or Defective Item

If you received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

Missing or Incorrect Item

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Price Adjustments

Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.
